What the price includes

- Roadside assistance: if you get a puncture or something breaks, call us and we’ll come to repair or replace the bike. Free within 10 km of the shop; €1.50/km beyond that.
- On multi-day rentals, a puncture repair kit and pump (€6 if used).
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
Optional extras
- Damage insurance (recommended): covers breakages up to €100. €5 the first day and €3/day thereafter.
- Phone holder: €2/day (€1/day from the second day).
- Lights: €2/day.
- SPD pedals: €3 the first day and €1/day thereafter.

The customer is responsible for their riding and for any damage caused by it; the company (PORTOCOLOM SPORT S.L.) declines all liability arising from irresponsible riding or riding that breaks the rules.
The user will bear the cost of damage caused by misuse or by riding off roads and tracks during the rental period.
It is the responsibility of the customer and their companions to respect Spanish traffic regulations.
The customer must take good care of the bikes and rented equipment and take all necessary precautions to protect them from damage, loss or theft. Should any of these occur during the rental period, the customer will immediately bear the full replacement cost at market prices.
The customer is responsible for having adequate insurance cover against risks that may arise during the rental period. The company accepts no claims for accidents, injuries or damage caused to themselves, to third parties or their property, or for lost items.
If you have taken out damage insurance, it covers damage to or breakage of the bike or any of its components up to €100 of the replacement cost. The insurance never covers: 1) damage or breakage occurring under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication or illegal substances; damage or breakage resulting from irresponsible riding, from breaking road safety rules or from misuse of the bike and/or its components; damage or breakage occurring during sporting events. 2) Vandalism, theft or robbery.
To book, 100% of the amount is paid in advance (or a 50% deposit if the total is over €300).
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up: we refund the full amount. With less than 48 hours’ notice, you can change the date free of charge, subject to availability.
