- The rental includes a chain with a lock to secure the bicycle. In rentals of a few days we will give you a kit to fix punctures and a pump but its use will have a cost of 6 €.
- In case of any breakdown you can call us and we will come to repair the bike or change it. This service is free of charge within a radius of up to 10 km from the rental point. From this point on, the price is 1.5 € / km.
- Liability insurance.
The client will be responsible for his driving as well as for the damages produced by it, declining (the company PORTOCOLOM SPORT S.L.) all responsibility derived from irresponsible and non-regulated driving.
The user will be responsible for any damage caused by bad driving or driving off the tracks and roads during the rental period.
It is the responsibility of the client and his/her companion(s) to respect Spanish traffic regulations.
The customer is obliged to take good care and to take all necessary precautions to protect the rented bicycles and equipment from damage, loss or theft. Should any of the aforementioned situations occur during the rental period, the customer shall immediately assume all replacement costs incurred at market prices.
The client is responsible for being insured with adequate coverage against risks that may arise during the rental period. The company is not liable for claims for accidents, injuries, blows or damages caused to themselves and third parties or their property, or for loss of objects.
In case of having contracted the damage insurance, it covers damage or breakage of the bicycle or any of its components up to 60€ of the replacement cost of the same. In no case shall this insurance cover the following cases: 1) Damage or breakage caused under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medicines or illegal substances. Damage or breakage resulting from irresponsible riding, as a consequence of non-compliance with road safety regulations or misuse of the bicycle and/or its components. Damage or breakage occurring during sporting events. 2)Vandalism, theft or robbery.
If you request the transport of the bicycles to your hotel or accommodation, the price will be 25 € up to a radius of 20 km (free if you have paid 120 € or more). From km 21 the cost will be 1.5 € / km.
To make a reservation you must pay 100% of the amount in advance (or a deposit of 50% if the total is over 300€).
In case of last minute cancellations, the following conditions will apply for the refund of the deposit: 1) With at least 4 weeks notice, 100% of the rental amount will be refunded. 2) With 4 weeks to 48 hours notice, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. 3) If you give less than 48 hours notice, you will not be able to recover the reservation deposit. 4) In order not to lose the deposit, dates may be changed subject to availability.
